I was being sarcastic, obviously. But Tamerlan had these two books on his Amazon wishlist, so Chechnya was clearly on his mind.
Stop terrorizing Muslim nations so that the populations there don't become radical towards Americans. They don't become radical for no reason.

I come from the Middle East and unfortunately a lot of what was said here is true. I do agree our countries need to up the effort in fighting radical Islam, but a lot of these groups are actually supported by America. Look at Syria for instance (FSA are mostly radical islamists that are being fought by America elsewhere). Bin Laden also started off with Western support during the Soviets era, couple with that the American policy in the Middle East and you create this weird radical cycle which - surprise surprise - didn't develop until recent history.
Lots of factors here as well including ignorance and blind faith in our parts which can be easily exploited. I don't believe it is all on the West, but it's easy to see that they do trigger these spots.

This is just an ill-informed statement. They kill because they're radical, evil people and want to kill anybody who disagrees with them. They (meaning extremists) even kill - specifically target - other Muslims who are just not radical enough on a regular basis. Pulling out won't make evil people suddenly 'not evil'.
Time.. Education.. Wait for a new generation who are more involved in the world then their elders.. Show repect and never try to force a change.. Let them change themselfs.. It will take a few generations but its worth the wait..

It is too early top say directly linked to Islam. There as much of a reason to believe it is tied to Chechnya as it is Islam. So, what is the answer to violent acts in the nationalism?
