That is actually normal. Team Ninja tweeted this morning that the first shipment was sold out. Guess their initial expectations were fairly low :/

Unlikely. Not even the Vita went that low.
The only thing that looks slightly good is 3DS Soft Ware. Everything else is not only worrying, but annoying.
