Unless you live in Japan, Namco and Sega would be the worst choices. We'd rarely, if ever, see a release in the west because they'd set themselves up for failure and then make excuses about why the next 10 RPGs they're releasing aren't coming west.
Come on MS, do it. You have the money. :D
