I'm always hearing people complain about data caps. I don't think my internet has ever had a data cap since my family first got it in 2003. Or am I mistaken?

I wish we had internet as fast as that in the UK. I just deleted 220gb worth of games from my Steam library which I'm having to re-download.

I don't think you'll find data caps anywhere in middle Europe. Most people I've seen complaining seem to be from Canada and Australia.
