I wonder if you would be able to use Xbox 360 controllers on the 720, kind of like the PS1 and PS2.

i doubt it but people really dont understand the biggest positive scenario if this soc rumor was true. ALL games dont need next gen power. That being said low budget games could still be made for the the x360 for years with an enormous market to tap into.

I thought the same thing when I read that part. I'm pretty sure MS is coming out blasting its way to success.
My wish for the next Xbox besides new Killer Instinct is that they make an Arcade version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. I would loose all my social habits for months.

this would seriously be huge talk about a launch library lol. im thinking of patches for kinect games utilizing the superior 2.0 would be possible.
Hmmm... having the Xbox SOC with every model would drastically increase costs. If that is true I doubt it'd be with every SKU.

Why do you even go to microsoft threads? Let's be honest, you don't like them yet i see you comment in all of them. |
Calm down. This is a forum. If you can't handle criticism of rumors about your favorite company maybe you shouldn't be here.

The vgleaks and this can't be both true as the last vgleaks-leak said that you can use stingray to plug into durango for bc. This is saying a totally different thing. So either of them is wrong. Also you can't just add computing power if durango also has a 360-soc. |
No. The guy in OP said the VGLeaks is right about the 360 mini (there is no name... we are calling it that) but the purpose of it is not to be a add-on for Nextbox but a independent equipment to plug into TV and play Xbox Live games (only downloaded... no DVD reader)... semms like Apple TV or a way simple Steam Box.
And the OP is saying Microsoft works to add the power of 360 SoC to Durango overall power... so the games will use the add CPU and GPU of 360 for games... when you compute RAW POWER you sum every computer processor in the system.
Seems in line with the others rumors... and the guy not said the VGLeaks is wrong just they lacks some info.
