i buy only the games i want.
i never buy a pokemon or animal crossing game, and im a Nintendo fan.
BUUT, you should get LEGO City, it´s sooo much fun

Exclusive or not doesn't matter to me. I buy the games that interest me and skip the ones that don't.

Some people mentally equate a style exclusive to one particular conolse if it gets one. I dont buy exclusives that I dont want though.

I buy games that interest me being exclusive don't sway me. It might get me to play demos or do a little more research into the game but blindly buy it no. As a PS3 owner, I have never played LBP or Metal Gear(I know its not exclusive anymore).

Kind of a ridiculous question to ask. I never buy ANY game if I don't have at least some interest in it, and usually, my interest has to be moderately high, at the least, for me to waste my money on it.

Anyone who would willingly and knowingly buy exclusive titles "just because", has some serious ulterior motive problems. Buying a game, just because you "want it to sell well", really isn't a good reason. You either want the game or you don't. Spending money on something in a leisure hobby like this, if you don't actually enjoy it, is rather absurd.

not that I know of

experiment as in lets see how much the game sells so we can bring our AAA games on the Wii if the game does well?

I do not buy games I do not want. I own 50/50 exclusives/Multiplat. I buy games that I think will give me the most out of my purchase. Sometimes I branch out but only for cheaper games. I bought demon souls for 20$ and Castlevania LOS for 20$. One is exclusive and one is multiplat. Did not affect me that one was exclusive or not.

Even though I am not a big fan of lbp I bought it for the vita. I was very close to buying gow:a just because it was exclusive but I realized that I shouldn't buy a game for the sake of it being exclusive. I also did this with heavy rain but it actually was a huge benefit for me since it was my goty for that year.
