I do not buy games I do not want. I own 50/50 exclusives/Multiplat. I buy games that I think will give me the most out of my purchase. Sometimes I branch out but only for cheaper games. I bought demon souls for 20$ and Castlevania LOS for 20$. One is exclusive and one is multiplat. Did not affect me that one was exclusive or not.
