Did not expect it DQX to get in the top 10, but it could drop like a rock next week. Seems like the Wii U will get a okay boost this week.

Even though they are both ports I'm still getting my head around Muramasa opening higher than Dragon Quest. It's like some sort of Japan from a parallel dimension.

Kind of expected from DQX but surprised about Game & Wario. Wario Ware did ok in Japan, selling 700k according to VGC.

I actually think Luigi will be above One Piece again this week on Media Create, although it will be close. Just like last week. There were definitely some supply problems for Luigi last week, with about 85% sellthrough rate (the 500k initial shipment figure was likely more around 350k).

Only the Vita version of One Piece encountered any such supply shortages.

Nice openings for WiiU games, actually. DQX was launched on 30th, and Game&Wario on 28th, so they were top-12 charted with only 2 and 4 days of sales respectively. Of course, this is just a chain of shops chart, so we must wait for either Famitsu or MC numbers to get a better idea.

The only new game that has a time disadvantage is DQX since it came out 2 days later. Wario has no excuse.

i take your word for it! But Amazon shows Luigi Mansion2>One Piece2! I check it daily and One Piece was never over Luigi once this past week (Luigi was #2-6 all week) (One Piece was #6-9)
