Why? The whole point of QFT is that you agree 100% with post and could not say it better. Therefore you quote it so that post is brought to the forefront of the consversation.

It makes no sense to say I completely agree with you and well just to fill in some words I'm going to put on some extra rubbish.

i like the anti spam rule(s) and i think they should be harsher. Since we can edit posts there is no reason to post 2-3 posts in a row(i have done so myself but it should not be allowed). Also LOL and LMAO and so on are useless comments. In almost all the cases more can be added but isn't. I don't really care much about spammers but it makes sense that rules exist and should be enforced.

You know, I don't mind this rule, but it has to be taken in context. The general rule is that if you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say it at all.

I hate when I go into a topic and half of the replies are "QFT" or "LOL"!

Weezy in particular was doing that just to be an ass. He ASKED for a ban when he did that. It's the same as if you ask someone not to say the word "elephant", and they say it thirty times just to annoy the crap out of you.

So just a recap; Rule is valid, just use it in context.

Let's not give the mods a hard time here. They do what they can. If anyone has a problem with the mods, you should PM them, not make a thread and publicly humiliate them. That is what they are there for.

Nazatipz and SSJ12 are probably the most ruthless mods when it comes to breaking certain rules (Nazatipz for bigotry and SSJ for whatever). However, I don't see the problem as long as the bans are kep short. Nothing more than 2-3 days. I have a lot of problems with our mod roster, but this is not one of them.

Forums are essentially a dialogue/conversation; it's not uncommon for people in a real life conversation to reply with simply a one word reply. As such, this "rule" is incredibly stupid. Consider.

Me:True.
Other Friend:DUDE!! You're spamming!! You have to answer with at least more that one word!!

I mean, seriously.
