Get on an airplane and yell "bomb" then see what happens.....

I actually do that quite a few times , because I know people who works in an airport as security managers and I want to test the security so that I'd tell them whats wrong with the staff, I noticed a lot of slip ups every time, people complain that security is very strict, but honestly I managed to sneak in a folded knife inside the plane.

yes i did get myself in trouble sometimes, but I was doing it on purpose, in the UK the security is a complete joke too, they only search you if you are wearing middle eastern / african clothing, and i was ignored because I'm white yet I had metal all over my pockets lots of other stuff on my hand bag , Egyptian airport is the worse, you can bribe them in the open and they let you pass, sometimes they even not give back your bag unless you give them a tip, I've not tried US airport because everyone's a total douche there (no offense)

The boy who cried “Bingo”? An 18-year-old Kentuckian was cited last month for falsely yelling “bingo” when he, in fact, had not won the game. Austin Whaley was cited with second-degree disorderly conduct after charging into a bingo hall with his friends and yelling “Bingo!” halting the game and alarming the patrons. “Just like you can’t run into a theater and yell ‘fire’ when it’s not on fire, you can’t run into a crowded bingo hall and yell ‘bingo’ when there isn’t one,” the police sergeant who cited Whaley said. For his punishment, Whaley is forbidden from using the word “bingo” for six months.

Taking his freedom of speech away for yelling Bingo?

Pezus,  The law does not allow the government to take away the rights of a lawful citizen.  The ONLY restriction the law has for someone who has committed a crime is that the punishment may not be cruel and unusual.

Barring someone from the use of a word temporarily is neither cruel nor unusual.

That said, the charge is a reasonable charge.  Good prank, harmless, but you do the crime you do the time.

If you've never worked a BINGO hall, or played a game it's serious business.

Tell them you're there to search for work while on a holiday visa and see how much they laugh!

The ruling is a joke. Literally, the judge was making a joke. He doesn't expect the kid to follow through with it and the judge wouldn't try to enforce it.

If it's a technically enforceable legal ruling, there's still a problem even if he "wouldn't".

I agree you're not allowed to yell Bingo on private property but it shouldn't be illegal, it should just be banned from the premises. This is not a problem for the law if no one was hurt.

He was being disorderly.  In other words, he was being a nuisance and disturbing the peace.

Because he got a lot very old women upset.

Why you people defending a grown ass man? He's an adult, he should have better sense than to disturb people trying to play BINGO in peace
