I understand all this stuff is your opinion and I respect it and Tomb Raider is a good game  but this is something that would be mocked at by the general public. This is how I would put it.

Uncharted 3 is probably the most gorgeus game to hit a console only next to God of War Ascension. I personally think its the best game ever created. Uncharted 2 is simply phenomanal...Uncharted is a great innovative game that brought us to spectacular sequels although for the exception of the story its no where near its sequels.  Tomb Raider is good but...that's all I can say.

Without having played Uncharted 3, this is my ranking:

Tomb Raider > Uncharted 2 >>>> Uncharted


This was probably the last opinion that was needed to demonstrate that everyone prefers one of these games, but not in the same order.

Electronic Theatre

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has suffered a small setback following the official launch of God of War: Ascension earlier this month, despite launching to significant critical acclaim. Following a chart–topping debut the second week sales dropped drastically, and so to prove that God of War: Ascension is more than just a multiplayer mash-up SCEE has re-issued the single-player trailer for the UK audience.

In addition to the single-player trailer, God of War: Ascension’s live action trailer has been slightly extended from the broadcast version currently running on UK television: co.uk/playstation3/playstation3-news/34582/god-war-ascension-trailers-issued-boost-post-launch-day-sales

Yes innovative. Uncharted 2 spawned so many copy cats like for example Tomb Raider. No game before had playable cutscenes like Uncharted. You like it or not. But next to Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Gears of War Uncharted 2 was one of the most influential games of this generation.

I prefer tomb raider, but I also preferred Underworld and Guardian of Light, not that I think Underworld's constructed better, it's not and if I was a critic I'd rate underworld way less than Uncharted.

Though I will say, uncharted did inspire the cinematic cutscene gameplay... that's my least favorite part of the new tomb raider... the part it copied from uncharted.

I've been a tomb raider fanboy for a few years admitedly though so obviously I'm biased here. But, I did play the first 2 uncharteds before I ever played a tomb raider O_o. I'm weird.

Which is irrelevant. He specifies that the only game out of the Uncharted series he hasn't played was Drake's Deception. Besides, I prefer PlayStation over most brands, and still find Tomb Raider to be better than much of the Uncharted franchise.
