Maybe you should add some people from Asia? Because they can moderate the other half of the day.

We already have two moderators from Asia. Plus, people from Asia don't always speak, ya know, English.

I would also make it obligatory that bans given out to members with a certain number of posts can only be given out finally by the head moderators, especially longer bans. Like that, we wouldn't have the trouble anymore that we had after Rol's ban.
