As I mentioned before: Mario 64 sold the most in N64, Mario Kart: DD sold the most in Gamecube, SSBB will sell the most in Wii. That's how Nintendo do it.

I think either SMG or Wii Play will be the best selling wii game

SSBB has a great chance though, seems to be a very hyped up game.

SSBB for non bundle... followed by MR GAY, and then Mario Kart.
