Bollocks to the reviews, I'm getting it on the strength of the demo. Have never played a Castlevania game before so no idea how it compares to the others and couldn't give a monkey's. Pretty nice in terms of eye candy and good use of 3D, and it was good fun.

I really enjoyed the demo, and I have some leftover GameStop trade-in cash to get this game without spending a penny (already have Luigi's Mansion 2 pre-ordered in full as well!).

I'm honestly looking forward to this game. Can't wait to try it out! ^_^

This is just another modern cash with some q's from the classic games thrown in that will be forgotten by new gamers and classic fans of the series alike in 3 months .

These reviews won't stop me from getting the game this year, especially the low scoring ones. Those are filled with bias. What the hell did they expect? IGAvania?
This is a reason why you can't review a game that has gotten a totally different developer, whose culture are also radically different.
The reviews at 7-8 seems to be sitting in a good spot and I would say that I enjoyed the demo very much.

This really sticks, so much for a day one purchase... I was really looking forward to playing this but with some low scores I can't justify buying it at full price anymore. I'm torn :(

Buy it at full price and take a chance to either love/hate it? or wait for bargin price and love it for what it is?
