Final Fantasy XIV:ARR has a class system, and a job system. Classes are flexible, and can borrow abilities from other classes. Jobs are specialist mastering what they do best, and they have unique abilities that only they can do. Jobs are best suited when teaming up in parties.

There is 8 combat classes, and 9 jobs in total at the moment and more will be added in patches. You can be any job or class you want by simply changing your weapon type or tool.

By the way, your starting class will determine which Nation you will begin in.

I have a question to those who started FFXIV on PS4, does it already pop in your trophy list? It happened with Zen Pinball and Pinball Arcade, they popped in the trophy list even if you only played the trial and now I have two 0% in my trophy list :-/

Pinball Arcade has 1 totally free table: Nights of arabia. You can unlock trophies for it. Not for the rest of the trial tables though :)
