The same thing happened a year ago from another former Sony employee and nothing ever came of it. Nintendo will more than likely just point out how these patents all infringe on the earlier patent they are licensing from Sharp, and counter-sue these Sony people all into oblivion.

To my understanding, Sharp came to Nintendo and wanted to sell glassless 3d LCD screens. Nintedo said, great! We'll buy some.

Guy comes out and sues Nintendo for patent infringement. Looks like this case was dismissed immedeately in court as it makes no sense. If he was going to sue anyone, it'd be Sharp.
