Another way to do it would be to right click on any image you want in yoru sig and click "Copy Image Location". Then use the "Add Image" button and paste the link it. It will be added at full size, but you can edit it by dragging the edges or by clicking on the HTML button and typing in the sizes you want.

The leader of the Xbox community needs to be someone that isn't going to get banned a lot. No offence to sales but that's just how I see it.
