This is incredibly, stupidly naive. A computer is not a person. A user can't tell the difference between 5ms and 10ms, both would be considered instant. But a computer can easily tell these apart. There have even been cryptographic exploits based (roughly) on the fact that certain numbers take longer to multiply than others.
