He was damage controlling my misunderstanding. He was arguing as if there really was no load time instead of telling me i was misunderstood. Fort your brain out of your A** and read the conversation again.

"He took it as them saying they improved it this time around" My misunderstanding was there really was load times, they never mentioned improvements....the load time i misunderstood was when the game was suspended and you resume it. Why didnt he correct me instead of saying they improved it? Damage Control cause Sony is supposed to be perfect.

I already admitted i was wrong several times so now youre just trolling. Only one person corrected me and i admitted soon after, the others was giving me wrong info. I'm confused as to why people seem surprised as to why it'll have a load time. Of course it will. In the conference they said you can suspend the game (like Sleep Mode) and re-start from that point almost instantly. But that doesn't actually "load" anything up.

Yeah i understand that part. Something like the Wii U's home screen menu and you resume from where the game was when you pressed the menu.

It will have loading times, that's inevitable.

But apparently they'll be greatly optimized to stream / load while playing so that they don't break the pace of the games.

I was pretty excited when they said the PS4 will start reading/pre-loading the discs before you even select the game you will play.

I thought they meant that was for downloadable titles. They predict what games you would like to play and automatically downloads part of it (like a demo) and presents it to you to try?
