I see a situation similar to this gen being most probable. I doubt MS are going to allow Sony to completely outclass them spec wise, but then again we don't know to what extent Kinect eats into their console price, or if they are choosing to try and capture a more casual audience, both of which could allow the PS4 to "dominate" graphically, however you define that.
