Read the reviews... it is because the game is not a Metal Gear game.

Well that's what I undestood reading the review.

Definitely one of the most enjoyable games I have played. Very very solid gameplay and combat system.

GameRevolution give it a 4/10 too.

"I love the gooey center of every cyborg PMC out there, but Revengeance fights the player every step of the way. What's more, reducing the difficulty ultimately boils down the combat to a button masher, leaving the experience hollow and draining all the same. Fans and masochists alike might find a lot to love, but even I can't stand the crunchy outside of a bug for the sweet gooey insides.

do you mean above 8 or including 8? because the average on 360 is 82 or something right now. ps3 obviously lower with this review.

Why would he be mad because it's on the 360? Facts are facts this game takes 5 hours to beat which is HORRIBILE. Especially since this game has been in development for 5 years. It's like for every year they added 1 hour to the story line lol....

Now I see they give 6.5/10 to Sly Cooper... biased... I hate this site.

Pros

+ Zandatsu is cool and satisfying.
+ There are a few badass action sequences.
+ The misery, I mean game, ends in five hours.

Cons

- Where do I begin?
- Awful parry system.
- Constantly obstructed camera and narrow rooms blocking view.
- Enemies are overly difficult, and circle out of vision.
- Bosses cannot be hit at times, adding to the ample frustration.
- Bosses, grunts, even supporting characters are bland and forgettable.
- Stealth and exploration are only partially done, and useless.
- Story? What story? Oh, that mess.
- VR Missions aren't worth playing. Offer no training opportunity.
- Upgrades have little effect.
- Did I mention how bad the parry and camera system are?
- This game should have remained cancelled.

he said resistance for vita takes 5 hours and he gave it a 8.5. that's a game which really seems to have some flaws beside the short campaign. so, if he takes away so much of the score for short campaigns, how could resistance get an 8.5 for vita? 

and he also gave spec ops an 8 and said it takes 5-6 hours.

God forbid different reviewers should have different opinions regarding a game. We wouldn't want there to actually be a diverse reaction to a major release! That would be AWFUL.

YES YES YES! I thought the game would arrive to Argentina on the 23rd but this thread made me check the website of the place I was going to buy it from and apparently it's already here!!! :D:D:D

I'm going to see if I can go there today and buy it! I hope so because today and tomorrow are my last 2 days of vacations and then I'll go back to work xD I hope they haven't run out of stock yet!
