At the very least, Activision will put out Skylanders games on Wii U.
Next-Gen Call of Duty is up in the air.

which rumors?  i've seen wish lists as greivence for rayman but i haven't seen any rumors around it.

Well the rumor I have heard are that Watch Dogs and Rainbow Six are hitting the WiiU. The preorder art says that Watch Dogs is hitting all home consoles. So that's why I'm assuming that to be true at least. While they aren't exactly helping Nintendo with Rayman, at least they are putting forth an effort to release their games on all consoles.

looked into it.  looks like ubi responded to the rumor to basically say "cannot comment platforms".  sounds 50/50 to me.

I want to say the can't comment most likely is due to the announcement on February 20th. ;P But then again, no way that either of us have any way of knowing.

I don't see why Activision would call it quits; Skylanders and CoD will find their way over, at the absolute minimum

activision hasn't really started either.  it's not so likely a "calling it quits" as much as "failure to commit".  ubisoft was the only one that really came out strong for wiiU and therefore the only one that can (as possibly have judging by rayman) called it quits.


but they didnt call it quits, people are acting (not you, but people in general) like ubisoft cancelled the game on WiiU, when they just delayed it for two possible main reasons A)- to launch alongside other versions of the game, resulting in spending less marketing on both releases and B) to wait untill the WiiU has a slightly larger install base. its just a bussiness decision. they didnt "call it quits"

you are right, they didn't decide to can an already completed game?  they simply decided, at the last possible minute, to sit on the completed for 9 months in order to prioritize ports to nintendo's competitors.  does that sound like ubi has confidence in the wiiU to you?

ohh i certainly didnt say they had confidence in the WiiU, they certainly dont. but they arent abandoning the system. its clear its no where near their priorety
