I think Sony cares about the gamer much more than Microsoft ever has.

"Now they’re seen as a much more likeable and respectable company that doesn’t tell people to get another job."
They are?

I have a 360, is there a photo gallery on the console? I made some FM4 pictures but can't seem to find them on my Dashboard, on PS3 when I make GT5 pics I can find them under the Photo tab in XMB.

On the theory that 0.01% > 0.001%?

He was saying that in a personal opinion didn't sound like it was a statement from MS. (insert random internet slang)
I use my PS3 for entertainment purposes because it has blu-ray. And had HDMI from the start.
That's actually what I mainly use it for ^_^.

As far as general perception goes, probably. Sony is a huge underdog now, as opposed to looking like a monster corporation trying to crush little Nintendo. Microsoft, of course, is considered one of the biggest bullies in the world, especially in Europe. Sony is also coasting on a wave of good-will generated by PS+, which has earned them praise in an industry dominated by negative news.
It's all perception, obviously, with all three caring more about our money than our happiness.
Edit: Oh, and Kaz > Howard Stringer.

I can understand why everyone would believe that lie. Microsoft's marketing is superior, so you can lie through your teeth and no one would be the wiser until they veil was lifted from their eyes. Microsoft's commercials trump Sony in the US for sure. The 360 doesn't have Blu Ray either which is becoming a very popular format.

He's kinda right. Sony takes far more risks with games, and creates far more than Microsoft would ever think to create. Their mind marketwise is squarely on the avid gamer and that can help but it can also hurt on a massive scale.

I'm skeptical of that. Personal opinions aren't usually inserted in the middle of an official presentation. And it's not like such pronouncements on the part of Microsoft, or any other first-party, are unprecedented.
