SMG is a 3D platformer. Meaning you move in a full 3dimensional space... not to be confused with the visual effect 3D. It was designed to be played in a 2D visual experience where the depth was based off of the orientation of the camera / character in the game. If you put it in a real 3D visual effect you'll likely create a situation where you'll disorient the user as the camera functions and depth will then be ... different. I don't think it would work well basically. I could be over thinking it though and completely wrong. |
So that's what you meant.
Well, I think the 60 fps with the 3D ON should take care of that, if that where to be true. But yeah, who knows......until someone tries it.
But I believe Planet Crashers 3DS port, works like Mario Galaxy and I don't hear anyone getting disoriented from that, so I guess it won't be a problem.
