If the PS4 doesnt launch at a cost close to wiiU price it will be in big trouble.. PS3 will continue to outsell it.. see vita/psp example.

True. Normal people will never pay that. Sony HAS to make a profit on each unit, no more selling at loss, they are literally near bankrupcy.

Some of you are full of shit.You think 399-499 is expensive.What do you think the nextbox price would be when/if it launches with kinect.As some one said the cheapest Xbox was 399 a launch,and it was nowhere near the specs we have heard for the PS4.So imo I think it's a good price piont,of course that is your opinion too.

$350 when it translates too $428 in yen/usd conversion? Why would they undercut themselves that much? They need the money, selling at a big loss isn't an option for sony, a small one maybe, not a big one. $399 minimum but most likely $449.


The wifi Vita in Japan is 24,980 or $324.80 compared to the $250 in the US. That's a $74.80 so $78 isn't so crazy.
