No point putting it on a Sony platform unless Witcher 2 is ported as well. Should be easy enough on PS4. I could definitely see myself playing both games. But if I upgrade my graphics card I might be able to get it on PC (minimum settings though).

I just might buy the PS4 much earlier to play this game! Witcher is AWESOME!

I recommend the books the games are based on as well - they are great as well.



Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

I still haven't finished the Witcher 2, but I am sure they will make something good here

My issue with the video is that not everyone loves open-world games, I like a nice linear narrative, though I would say I probably would prefer something actually open world to the Witcher 2's semi-open world

I think they should port Witcher and Witcher 2 to the Vita. And by this I mean that Sony should pay them to do that.

Expected, but great news nonetheless!

The open world approach is interesting, and hopefully it will eliminate one of the flaws of the other 2 games (at least of the 1st one, not sure if it happens on the second too) that made you unable to finish the side quests if you ended the main quests fist by forcing you to leave to the next act/location.

Since when it launches I'll probably be playing on a new PC, it will be a good way to test it.

Yes, that still happened in 2 but at least you got warned I think.

This is a problem with many RPG games though, and even games like Borderlands 2. Annoying when there's no warning

Yeah, it sucks.
