TVs don't even accept higher than 75Hz input (max frequency HDMI is specified for in 1.4a) - yes many TV sets claim 120Hz-800Hz and such, but that's all post-processing or backlight tricks
The first sentence, the quoted one, is true. With more power developers will have the option to make more realistic games, specially Quantic Dreams. And that power will also allow them to have more characters on screen.
Compared to this gen consoles, of course. And what does "hyperrealistic" means?
The other part, which not even the article quotes, about the 240 fps is BS.
