That dossent mean i hate sony.. just that i'm a fan of nintendo (like football.. i like my city team.. but don't hate the others)

Hate is for small people whit no life (or payed to do viral marketing).. not fans.. not nintendo fans.. most of them is peace loving and "like to have fun people".. Angry hatefull people dont get a wii or support nintendo..

 

A old nintendo fan like me could offcourse have a litle "nag" to sony for stealling the PS1 and beeing the reason N64 don't got a cd drive.. but thats all most 17 years ago.. :)

Most of the time, what we see are Nintendo fans reacting poorly to the fans from other consoles when they say that Nintendo's hardware isn't as powerful as its competition.

You see a lot of apologetics thrown out when that subject is mentioned.

I think that's fine if they don't start throwing numbers around without official specs and benchmarks, I think most people were expecting more powerful hardware from Sony and MS since they would be out at least 1+ year later, but when you have crazy people quoting beyond3d like they are actually a reliable source saying the Wii U is at certain performance without the understanding that console hardware does not perform in the same way as how a custom built PC would work is pretty fucking ridiculous.

Only can talk about myself, but I certainly don't hate Sony. In fact, I'm infinitely graceful for the PS2 (->obvious reason) and PSP. The PS3 also is great.

And if you think Nintendo and Sony fans would hate each other on VGChartz, go visit some other forums. With ACTUAL NDF/SDF and MDF's :D

On the other hand, a god damn announcement of a possible announcement can hit 100+ posts here if its sony related.

That's because Sony can actually announce something worthwhile, like a new console . SEGA on the other hand xD...

SEGA on the other hand? tut tut tut, SEGA have more franchises than you have had hot dinners. (and a few are liked by the sony mob "as long as they are exclusive of course like say Yakuza" )

New consoles aside........ even a rumour about a long forgotten sony 2nd or 3rd party franchise can reach 50-100 posts.

If a sony exec sneezes it can reach 50+ posts.

Sony has most IPs in the industry (over 130 or something) I think it has more than SEGA


Thats the key word there...... you "think" sony have more. (one thing i know for sure, SEGA have far more than 130 ip's)

SEGA have been around in this industry a lot longer than sony......... sure, they have slowed down now, but still, for the most part on all of SEGA's consoles the best games on those consoles were made by SEGA themselves, then when you throw in SEGA's arcade prowess i'm sure SEGA still have a hell of a lot more ip's than sony have.

@ Player1x3.

Just look at the list of Dreamcast games i have provided here, due to assholes like EA snubbing the Dreamcast, SEGA had to pretty much go it alone back then (although i thank Capcom for sticking by SEGA's side right to the bitter end)

I like all 3 companies so no hate on my part. Although I do have a preference to Xbox over the other two brands.

i counted somewhere about 110-115   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sega_video_game_franchises  And that includes the ones sold to 2K, so the actual number is even smaller
