Just look at the list of Dreamcast games i have provided here, due to assholes like EA snubbing the Dreamcast, SEGA had to pretty much go it alone back then (although i thank Capcom for sticking by SEGA's side right to the bitter end)
Look at the SEA of games that were both developed and published by SEGA in this list (there must be close to 60-70 ip's right there alone on their final console) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dreamcast_games
