looking at the situation i'd disagree. i'd go with both because, Sony know they screwed up, but MS knows that Sony sprints well.

noble? we are talking about a 10m unit lead that's now down to 1.6 or so, so both companies need to be worried about the other.

we are not talkign about loses my friend. we are talking about the long run, and once Sony started outselling 360 ww, they never stoped, and that's the main reason the first is just as true as the second. 

True, MS has lost a lot of the momentum they had in the middle of this generation.

MS seems to be a bit intimidated by Sony right now..

the difference is why they had the momentum, and how and what Sony had to do to get the momentum for themselves.

you can say tword the end, MS put band aids on a situation they really had nothing for, and the reason for that being they took their focus off the games, and started focusing on multimedia, and with Sony exclusives out numbering that of MS, and the quality of those exclusives, and those exclusives becoming more enticing and selling sytems, seemingly clossing a gap once seen un-closable in the end.
