Formally announced: Nothing. Or maybe Wii Fit U Something they will most likely announce at E3: Probably something. But it remains to be seen if it will have much effect.

If we're talking about the entire year, then most certainly Wind Waker, and Mario Kart, and 3D Mario (if they make it out in time).
If we're talking about before E3, then maybe Wii U Fit and Pikmin 3 if they're out in time. Lego City and Monster Hunter will provide a small boost going into the end of March, but nothing major. Then we have stuff which was shown off at the Nintendo Direct, but we haven't heard from since. However, I'd imagine much of this to be early 2014, along with the new Smash Bros. game.
No doubt they'll be some pretty mega games at E3 (we already know Mario and Mario Kart will be there, what else?), so it's really just hope for a system restart there I think.

Let's face it: An HD remake of a Zelda game isn't going to do wonders for the system. A 1 week boost, sure, but not what the WiiU needs. Mario Kart and 3D Mario haven't been formally announced but that's what I expect to see at E3.
Pikmin 3 won't do much. Pikmin was never popular to begin with.
What was shown at this Direct? They talked about some things but didn't show anything major.

Well, Mario Kart and 3D Mario have been formally announced, actually, at the last Direct. They just said they'd show some more stuff at E3.
You also say that Zelda won't do wonders for the system, I disagree:

The week of the OoT launch for the 3DS, sales were up 28% in the EU, 67% in Japan and 118% in America. Sales never dropped as low until the week before the price cut after that game released. And that's a handheld Zelda title, which had already been re-released on GameCube and Virtual Console. Wind Waker is only avaliable on GameCube currently, and this title seems to be adding a lot of new things. Add to the fact that it's one of the Zeldas everyone wants to play and the fact it's the first one in HD and I think we could see it being a real system-seller, moreso than OoT on 3DS certainly.
The last Wii U direct showed off Wind Waker, Fire Emblem x SMT, Project X (Monolith), and announced 3D Zelda, 3D Mario, Mario Kart and the Wii U Virtual Console.
I agree the Wii U doesn't need those games really, as with the Vita it needs something bigger. Pikmin 3, Wii Fit U, Lego City, Monster Hunter and some smaller 3rd party games (Need for Speed, for example) over the next few months will at least give people something to think about, though. Wind Waker will certainly help out, though. I fear it may be launching too close to GTA V, though. Needs to be out either in July-mid August or mid-October-November.
Having said that, I see the PS3 outselling the Wii U by double (or near it) until August time, then the Wii U will start making its move back. I don't see the Wii U falling any further (few weeks higher, a week or so lower). If Wii U gets GTA V (very quiet for a while, we shall see though unlikely) then I don't see the PS3 getting that far ahead of it in the late summer months either. But when those above games launch, and obviously the PS3 has to struggle with the PS4 looming launch, I can see the Wii U outselling it 2:1 come the end of the year.
Which will sell more overall? Who knows, likely PS3 (just). The gap is likely going to be around a million soon after only 2 months, after all.
