i feel sorry for the dad who obviously worked hard to buy this, since the 3DS was used he obviously had not enough money to buy the system new.

Whats more shocking is the parents giving a 5 year old a 3DS..Do they not realise the 3D will melt his eyes, and cause his brain to explode ;)
