There is still the Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, Gears of War: Judgement, God of War: Ascension, Grand Theft Auto 5, and Dead Space 3 to compete with Crysis 3 on the console side. Crysis 3 will probably out-preform GTA 5 and DS3 on the PC , though.

Crysis 1 PC still looks better.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

that wasn't your original quote though, you never mentioned price to start with.

Well of course this has to be considered. And Crysis 2 required core2duo and a 8800gt already... as minimum requirements. And I doubt Crysis 3 will have lower requirements than Crysis 2.

Crysis 2, actually ran better on the same hardware. You're also Launch assuming consoles don't break, I've broken 2 xbox360's. And Launch PS3's have a really high fail rate.

But you're actually correct because Crysis 3 won't run on an 8800gt, because of crytek forcing DX11 only (even though consoles aren't on that). But at the same time Crysis 1 on that setup 7 years ago still looks better than crysis 3 on console. Though at a higher cost (much higher cost if you're lucky and your original 360 didn't RROD).

can you find a 7-6 years old console that still works?

you need to buy a new one or two...

a good pc with a 8800GTX can run most games better than consoles. but this is an exception because 8800 is dx10 card and crysis 3 does not support it.

consoles have very low quality graphics, low resolution and low framerates so games look like shit compared to my games on pc and i havent spend more money than a console gamer.because games for pc cost less

i buy games for pc because they i can be sure that i will have the best graphics quality. best framerates and i can play at 720p,1080p,1440p and 4096x2160. console games are 720p or less so they won't look good if you play them in the future.
