And that's why people who have no clue about a certain topic should not come/post in a thread like this.
1. PS+ doesn't have any free games. You're paying to get free stuff (which is logically not free anymore) 2. You don't own the "free" stuff on PS+, you only rented them and you need to give them back once you stop paying
Better alternative: Go to a friend and ask him to borrow a certain game. Same effect but no costs involved at all.
3. This thread is about ACTUAL free stuff on XBL. NO gold membership required. 4. It's hilarious that you think that this topic was made to combat PS+.
Now better don't respond as your first post was already warn/ban worthy

Feel free to ban me if it makes you feel vindicated. I don't really post here all that often anyway. I mean no offense, but I believe as a mod you should really have a tougher skin though as my post was warnable at best. If anyone should be offended it's me given the fact that you assumed I lack knowledge about PS+. I made no personal references to anybody, just questioned the point of the thread.
As for your points, of course the items on PS+ are rented (which I am quite aware of), and I don't even pay for it since my roommate has it and I play mostly on PC; however, last time I checked, there is plenty of stuff free on the regular PSN. Nobody posts that stuff because there's really no need for it since it's easily located by searching for free stuff. Better yet, as far as borrowing stuff from a friend, you can download it off the network by attaching your friend's id to your PS3 (though sadly this has been reduced to two PS3's as far as I'm aware - it used to be five).
Coincidentally, if people cared so much about free stuff, why has this thread only emerged within the last three days. Was there never a need in the entire life of the 360? 7-8 years? Why is it being updated every week? Those are the things that made me believe this was a respone to the PS+ thread that is updated every week. I believe that is a reasonable conclusion, if not, my bad.
