Well third party support for nintendo's handhelds has never been a problem. It is home consoles which they suffer in. It could be because nintendo have the best understanding of the handheld/japanese market and consoles are generally very western focused. For third party support it will depend on how you vote. You will need to buy multiplats you are interested in as you are given the option. I buy games I am interested in as they come to me. Nintendo will continue talking to western developers (probably even bribe them) but they cannot keep persuading them. Companies like gearbox and bioware will only be around for so long before they don't see it as viable. Nintendo are doing their bit but there comes a responsibility for the people begging for these games.

The mass effect trilogy will probably get on there eventually. After that though will depend on sales. Want to play dragon age on nintendo? Show your support and buy mass effect.

I think it is actually "being on a high horse" thinking that people are just being stubborn and not buying these consoles. Not everyone can just pop for a new console. Not sure where you got that idea from. I make decent money, but that does not mean I can just go track down a Wii U and purchase it or one or two extra consoles. Why should we not want some of these games to come to a Nintendo console?

Wanting a game on a console is fine. I want a Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Demanding it though? Thinking you have some kind of right to the game?

Its silly. You know what youre buying in to when you get a Nintendo home console. If you dont like the support... Get something else. I didnt like the support PS3 had, so I bought a 360.

The high horse part is thinking that the game MUST be on WiiU. Thinking the developer should give you the game, just because. Why must it be on WiiU? Demon's Souls and Dark Souls did exceptionally well without Nintendo. The niche fanbase for the titles is sitting happily with a PS3 and/or a 360. What real incentive is there for the game to be released on WiiU?

I signed the petition, as I think this would be great on the Wii U. I own Demon Souls and Dark Souls and would definitely buy Dark Souls on the Wii U

I agree Bayonetta 2 deserves to be exclusive to PS3 and Xbox360 only. Nintendo does not deserve M rated games and when they do not have we will hate them for it reguardless.

It is a video game, not real life.  The ability to pause doesn't need be directly tied with equipment which voids the next 2 points, any good designed game can be suspenseful and tactical without removing basic features.

Can you play Dark Souls single player and/or completely offline?  Your reply highlights how completely you fail to grasp good game design.


i don't know what else to tell you expect go play skyrim or some other nerf game.  dark souls has a amazing game design for those that want this kind of game hence why so many people like myself give it such high acclaim.
