Not getting out of the house often, and having no real reason to, have kept me in stasis since getting out of college.

While i was in i was interested in a few girls i knew, but all of them taken, without question.

Really, it was like that in high school too, only worse. Even If i had been attracted to anything with two-x-chromosomes, there were zero options in my grade due to taken-ness.

Horrible luck, I have some anti woman to me cause I've never met anyone interested in me. Bad thing too is that I'm not really around many women, so I don't have too many options. I should never have went into that sausage fest of a computer science program :(

My entire student career was filled with taken girls. Especially the pretty ones. Then there was those that was pretty, single, but also pregnant. You can't trust the ones on the internet either..for good reasons.

I finally found someone after being single for 7 years. I couldn't be any happier

And she's a gamer. Has an X360 but mainly plays games on the Kinect. I'll be seeing her after Christmas since she'll be having family over again. I'm bringing my Wii U then so we can play with it. I'm glad that I'm metrosexual because I have a good understanding of things that girls want and like in a guy (thank God for reading Playboy and friends lol). So I got her the Forever Red perfume from Bath & Body Works and some of the new EarPhones by Apple (the ones that come with the iPhone 5 and new iPod Touches). I got her some body lotion and wash for her birthday back in October She's great. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else.

And deskpro2k3, I met her on Plenty of Fish. I've had some bad luck on there, but honestly when I met my girlfriend, everything magically clicked between us. I felt like I've known her for ages. Plus when I went to her house, everything was so familiar with it that I've felt like I've always been there. I knew where every room and what was in it. It's so strange

I can be called picky for my woman preference, but that is because I am more of a unique individual. That said, struck out twice. The key for me is just patience, and the right one will come.

I met my g.f online. If you take your time and meet only the ones you "click" with you'll be fine. The internet is just like any other girl meeting platform. You just have to weed out the bad ones. My g.f advertises porn online so she spends a lot of time online, and when we met we were both pretty busy people so we both chose to look for a relationship on a dating website. 

Oddly, I wanted to post here and tell you guys: thanks. I feel like I sometimes ignore my girlfriend too much, take her for granted, and don't really appreciate her as much as I should. I feel like you guys have put things a little bit back into perspective for me.

I'm in my first real serious relationship, and all seems great so far! :D

But I do understand having bad luck, I was unable to get any girl interested no matter how much work I put into things, and eventually I realized that I needed to stop constantly trying so hard with one girl at a time. (Not to say try to get with a different girl every week!) I tried for 8 months to get this one girl to go out with me, and it turned out I was so focused on her, I never realized the signs that my current gf was even interested :P I always thought my current gf was too good for me, but I asked her out on a whim to see if she'd actually give it a shot, as we hung out often, and she said yes before I even finished the question! I thank my lucky stars I didn't get with that other girl everyday, I have an amazing girl! :)

And I'm sure everyone's luck will turn around! :D
