Famitsu scores have been really high for a couple years now, I wouldn't trust them.

So all got lower scores. I thought at least Tekken and Ninja Gaiden were better versions

The most surprising is Ninja Gaiden 3, the original was supposed to be really bad and the Wii U version fixes a lot of the issues. The original NG 3 have a metacritic of 58 while the Wii U version have a 70. Guess this shows you can't trust Famitsu.

Wow Ninja Gaiden 3 got 36 as it was? What is their scoring range, 35 to 40?

Demon souls got a 32 there scores are nonsense. I haven't read many of their reviews though. My Japanese is blah.

Actually Demon's Souls got a 29/40. Then its largely similar sequel, this time with a marketing budget behind it, got 37/40.
