Nono not the prediction itself, its the time in advance that you made such a prediction. Best case scenerio it would take 4 years, which aint gonna happen. Who plans 4+ years in the future? Do you honestly see yourself bumping this thread in multiple years time, only to have your moment for that one day it happens?That is why I find it funny....you made a prediction that is 4-7 years away, if that, because you expect to be here to claim victory if it happens.

I would have waited till PS3 hit the 90 million mark for it to be a good prediction. 75.....way to early to make a prediction.

lol I was thinking I'm late with the prediction... I wanted to be that prediction in 2009 or 2010... when early prediction bigger the accomplishment.

Brilliant reasoning and counter. So I used sold through data when I should have said shipped, its still close enough when considering the 115 million that PS3 would have to ship.

You do know that sony is projecting higher shipments for the PS3 (10 million) than Nintendo is with the wii U (9 million) for this year right?  Kinda sure Sony is accounting for any change its competitors are doing on the home console front.

because the vgchartz numbers are not undertracked, no not at all. and when in a thread about official shipped numbers, there is no place for estimated numbers about sell through numbers, specially when its very well known that they no where close to accurate
