He overtracked wii by around 300k in North america, and with american sales it drops it to around 100-160k Meaning it has not hit 20M

PS3 has been undertracked by more than 100k as well.

Well, then quit saying there is 300k difference between NPD and VGC when you know VGC includes Canada and NPD does not. Knowingly spreading false information is a bannable offense.
