I have owned a PS3 since the release of Final Fantasy XIII (late 2009). Since I've been hearing good things about the Xbox 360 (good network, good achievement system, good multiplatform ports, etc), I went ahead and bought the Xbox 360 S early 2011.

I really liked the console. The user interface is fast, the achievements are addicting to collect, some ports indeed run better on X360 than on PS3, it is easier to contact people (messaging system works on my browser, I like that), etc. I love my Xbox 360 games - Virtua Fighter 5, Fable, Dead or Alive 4/5, Lost Odyssey, Monster Hunter, Outrun Online Arcade (can't buy it on PSN anymore! It was delisted. *TEARS*)... but I'm not sure I should keep the console when nothing in about 1+ year has been interesting me.

I keep playing more PS3 because I have no interest in most Xbox exclusives, and end up buying more multiplatforms on PS3 because more friends own PS3 and I have more trophies than achievements. I don't like shooters (Halo, Gear of War), don't like Kinect, I don't use cross game chat (my english is not good enough to use voice chat), and although I paid 1 year for Xbox Live I felt it is was ripoff compared to PS Plus so I did not renew it.

With that in mind, should I keep my 360 or sell it? Maybe wait for some new title, is something interesting on the horizon?

You either want to keep it or you don't. Sounds like you don't.

You certainly aren't going to be instore for any surprise blockbuster exclusives at this point and you sound like you know what's what so.....uhhh....yeah.

Resale value on an xbox 360 is pretty low so unless you're in your teens, it's not really worth the bother of selling in all honesty.

Dude...that list is from January. I have not touched my editing and Gears was announced in June. Gears is in my top 5 for sure though.

Ahh I see. Halo 5 for Halo 4. 

I still dont know why you didnt why you just didnt try to correct it. 


I am erasing the whole damn thing and rewriting it later on anyway like I do every year, bro.

sell and put that money towards whatever excites you this coming E3 (wii U, ps obis, xbox8).

From the looks of it there aren't any big exclusives coming to 360 past gears. Microsoft will just continue push kinect, multiplatform games and a cheaper price tag.

By the way you will want to. Ignore about 80% of responses if you want honest answers.

Unless you are desperate for cash I see no reason why you would sell a console. If you are desperate for cash then go ahead.

well personally i don't sell hardware i buy but some of us are like that

unless you want the cash to put towards a 3DS,VITA or WiiU,i guess it helps in that way

If there are no 360 titles, or franchise that interest you next year, then do want you want with it if you need the cash.
