You're the only one who can actually decide what you want to do with it.
I would sell it. But that's my opinion.
Sadly 360's exclusives are very lackluster. Not much going on here besides Halo and Forza.
Plus paying for Live is a sin. I'd say dump the 360.

from the reasons you gave, sounds like you already know your going to sell it.
the Xbox has excellent exclusives such as Alan Wake, which i like more than any Sony exclusive
i would sell both and get a good GFx card for the PC, and the WiiU
Keep it to play the older xbox games you enjoy.

I'm a bit of a gaming pack rat so I say keep it. Even games I hate I don't have to heart to sell out of fear one day my taste my change and I might come back to the games and love it.

Yes this exactly. I should have sold my PS3 since I was barely using it but now it has ylod and is just a massive paper weight. I'm only going to have a Wii-U and 3ds for my gaming needs.
I would sell it. MS will be focused on the next box and I dont expect the xbox 360 to get any more killer exclusives
