Every gen Xbox adds a mega franchise. Halo, then Gears, and now this???

Glad that the studio actually has a creative name now.

Sign me up! Microsoft needs some more IPs. Just wish it wasn't a sci-fi shooter, since two of the biggest Microsoft franchises already fall into that category.

I think post apoc. Gears has that theme but isn't owned by MS. MS wants their own one I guess. No sense in making another future based game to have Halo cannibalize it.

i have big hopes for this studios after what 343 has done.

In fact i haver big hopes for all MS Studios now after seeing Playground, Turn10, 343 and how they helped Epic.

Improve your game Rare and Lionhead next gen, you are way behind.

I think M$ do own the rights to the Gears IP, though I reckon Epic could stop making them if they want (though they aren't showing any signs of that)

This is exciting, we hear loads of news of studios either closing or moving to mobile development, but big new studios are rare, so hopefully they can deliver
