Yes, for some reason I completely forgot the PS3 version. Weird ._.
I guess I will buy it for PS3 then, altough it's more a handheld game to me :P
3DS FC : 4339 - 3326 - 7693. Add me :) Nickname Tin
The portable situation
PSP(2011 YTD)= 1,760,079
PSP+PSV(2012)=1,335,804(-24.1%)
Looking ahead to Week 48, PSP did 39,547 in 2011.
3DS+DS(2011 YTD)=3,295,384
3DS+DS(2012 YTD)=4,204,430(+27.6%)
Looking ahead to week 48, 3DS+DS did 210,398 in 2011.
All handhelds(2011 YTD)=5,055,463
All handhelds(2012 YTD)=5,540,234 (+9.6%)
Some extra info looking ahead, total sales for 2011.
PSP=2,079,152
PSP+PSV=2,519,138
3DS=4,282,142
3DS+DS=4,939,929(Need to average 147.1K a week to match last year.)
All handhelds=7,459,067(Need to average 383.8K a week to match last year)
---
The whole problem is that in the end of the year Vita will add 450k to that number (2011 Total sales) and PSP some 350k more
I won't do the math, but I think PSP + Vita will be at least 40% down from last year... that's terrible, even more taking into account Vita had only 3 weeks of sales in 2011!)... in a way it's going to be:
55 weeks (52 for PSP + 3 for PSV) in 2011 vs 104 weeks (52 for each) in 2012 and still 40% down.
This is one of the most ridiculous numbers I ever seen in here. SCEJ did the crappiest job possible.

That IS terrrible!
I'm starting to think that Sony is probably doing what they can, it's just that the Vita is not worth owning.
It's just not giving the consumers what the 3DS can.

Wow... this is truly impressive. In the end it won't matter if this flops or not (hopefully not, obviously), because... well, it's real (and has 99.3% chances of coming west, imo) |
Wow, that looks really good. I want to get into the Phoenix Wright series. I wish it was downloadable as I don't feel like tracking down the first game. I had enough of Layton after finishing the Curious Village - never felt compelled to try any of the later games.

Oh the trailer is already in here, no wonder my thread wasn't getting any hits. Well copied and pasted from my thread:
The first hour in the game. Might spoil for some but that puzzle music :) (~10:35)
Need some JAPVGC impressions stat

Someone finally notice the typo. ^^

Hmm I wonder if missing that extra day hurt Pokemon numbers in the sales charts. The game launched on Friday when all other games launch on Thursdays. (Mainline Pokemon games release on Saturdays.) if so next week should still see some decent numbers. I'm not sure on what day the previous Pokemon MD games launched though.
Excellent sales for the 3ds, it should pass the ps3 ltd in about 2 weeks. Needs 230k MC and 170k Famitsu.

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

At this pace the 3DS will pass the PS3 in Japan in just two more weeks.
Pretty impressive.

As rol said, there's the Wii route.
Or you can join the dark side (it doesn't belong to Sony anymore), as I believe the first 3 games are available for iOS. The graphics are ugly though... they abandoned the incredible pixel art from the series.
But the first game has an exclusive case on the DS - and it's more or less 30% of the game, as it's a huge case!
