I doubt that. Many of these games had a semi high budget. Not to mention salaries for all the employees for each game that probably took 1-2 years to make.

The cost of assembling 343, taking good developers from many top studios and then working on the game for so long will have taken a lot of money. According to wikipedia, they started in 2007 and have 300 employees at the moment. I am not saying that they have had those numbers the whole time, but that is a large studio in comparison to what Sony have (ND is 200 at the most I believe)
Then look at the PS3 games you are showing
Okami HD - 0.08 Remake
Jak and Daxter Collection - 0.31 Remake
Ratchet and Clank Collection - 0.13Remake
MLB 12: The Show - 0.79 Annualised series, so cheap to make, and the game was also released on Vita, with little extra development money
Twisted Metal - 0.57 Small studio, though they did work on it a while, but probably still not that expensive
Starhawk - 0.18 Same as above, though again, fairly huge flop... (though good game)
Sorcery - 0.12 Another small team
Tales of Graces (2012 Sales) - 0.31 Has actually sold 0.71m, why is this here if games like GT and Uncharted are not?
House of the Dead 4 - 0.05
Tokyo Jungle - 0.23
LBP Karting - 0.13
Playstation All Stars BR - N/A
Ratchet and Clank: FFA - N/A
God of War Saga - 0.11
Wonderbook - N/A
I imagine you get my point and it is a bit boring. Essentially, these games didn't cost Sony much to make, but they didn't perform hugely well either. But, I am sure if we look at other years, the numbers will be more balanced, as Sony's big hitters, ND, SCE Santa Monica and GT haven't been out this year. Yes, Sony has no franchise anywhere near Halo, but I would say only FIFA, CoD and AC are in the ballpark if you look on the PS360.
And finally, yes there have been a distinct lack of PS3 exclusives this year, but as I said, this doesn't matter to anyone really, Sony just wants 3rd party games to provide content to keep me spending money while many of their big studios start devoting resources to next gen or games for 2013 (Last of Us, Beyond and GoW Ascention {yes, none of them will sell in their whole lifetime as much as Halo will sell in 2 weeks})
With all this said and done, I am probably going to go and play Halo 4 with my friend now....
