Sony. Unlike Microsoft, who look for the $$$ in a game and mass appeal, Sony gives more creative freedom to devs. This year alone we've had Journey and Unfinished Swan. Microsoft? Gaylo. Same old, same old from good ol' Microsoft.

User has been permabanned ~Barozi

I don't like the way newcomers like this get permabanned. Give them a chance! They're unaware of the rules and a couple of days ban would've sufficed to teach them what to do and what not to do. This guy could've been the new Badgenome or something, but we'll never know...

I was new like that only a few months ago and never got banned as i knew posting comments like that would get me banned.

Not everyone is as intelligent as you though.

Besides, I'm pretty sure that I led this guy here from posting VGChartz articles on N4G, so he's probably used to much more relaxed moderation regarding Sony fanboyism :P

Well if he's from N4G then that's understandable, there's also such stupid comments on there. But I don't get how people can hate over other systems, it's really stupid, they should just stick to there system and ignore the others

It just occurred to me that I could probably make a Minecraft "adventure map" with Metroid-like level design.

I know what I'll be doing for the next few weeks.

I would make it for Sony, they seem to be the ones who encourage creative and unique titles. Don't get me wrong but Nintendo seem to perfect a few genres like platforming but not go out there and create new ones, like Sony does. There will be nothing like Heavy Rain ever again and it exists because of Sony, the same with loads of other games.

Well Quantic has been making similar games since the Xbox and PC, but games like Journey, Flower and Unfinished Swan are a testament to true versatility and true creating scope that can only be found on Sony. You cant find stuff like that on the other consoles.

I know Quantic Dream were multiplatform before but they were not very successful until heavy rain came out as a PS3 exclusive and will do well with Beyond: two souls too. Both games don't seem like any other in any way at all.

But as for the rest of your statement I agree, especially with games like ICO and twisted metal as well.

SONY. I'd make an exclusive that would actually sell.

None of the above. I'd develop and sell independently much like Notch did, and when/if my game became a success I'd wait for the "Big 3" to come knocking pleading with me to release it on their networks :P

Seriously though, I've heard stories about all the complications that can take place due to all the rules set by each network, so I don't know if I'd want to have to go through all that to release a game. Its a tough one.
