Samsung to also counter sue Apple for LTE patents in iPhone 5. War. War never changes...

Because it is apple I guess the story goes like this;

They sue google because Jelly Beans (including the ones you can find in your local supermarket) have colors the Retina display can reproduce. It might also be because jelly beans have "round edges"

Maybe its because Android 4.1 (4+1= 5) would make some people think its the iPhone 5 (remember 4+1) who knows.

The 1 thing thats really interesting is IRIS is some kind of SIRI ripoff. Apple never sued because of this right? (correct me if Im wrong) Instead they "find" totally unimportant stuff to dominate the world....

Initially this was Apple's strategy to slow down incumbents and make it seem as they were ahead in innovation. It seems that the brand is being damaged instead.

By the way - Apple just lost vs VirnetX as Facetime infringed their patent.

I miss when apple was the fun plucky underdog. Instead of being overly sensitive litigators with a "throw stuff against the wall and whatever sticks gives us an advantage" mindset.
