And that is what some here feed off of: to bait insult and then report. True, people should learn to control themselves, but the baiting is unacceptable. It feeds off of human weakness to fuel a partisanry war, and it's unacceptable.

No way to ban that, but there should be peer pressure against it. To defend or obfuscate it is to participate in the problem.

With regards to Kantor, I'm talking a couple of years ago. Maybe longer, when he first signed up, not a critcism. Just like you say, people change.
