Forums - Nintendo - Paper Mario: Sticker Star is only 552MB download

Sticker Star takes up 4,199 blocks on an SD card. That should be somewhere in the range of 552 megabytes.

This is a huge rip off. Tekken Tag for WiiU is over 16GB and only $10 more, and will be cheaper within 3 months.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii was only 360MB.
Thought this would be the better comparison since it's a console game.

I got Max Payne 3 for 10 bucks and the game is 35 GB big. That's ~ 29 cents per GB. Paper Mario will be what, 70 bucks per GB? Dat Nintendo premium. Huuuuge ripoff, I tell you!

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

I give this thread a 1/10

100% agree - No one is forcing me to buy it, if I decide to buy it of my own will isn't a rip off; it is called personal choice!

Just the idea that data size = value is pretty

worthy

And it's not funny as a joke ether

The positive thing about this small download size is that it will not take too long to download.

Why are you guys defending Nintendo? If this were Sony, we'd have a fallout.

Just to be clear... some of you are actually trying to equate block size with game value?

Bahahahahaha, that it is just the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

I'm leaving this thread.

it was be a valid argument for legos and legos are a toy and video games are a toy and paper mario is a video game... therefore!
