the mention of Watergate is in reference to many people who saw that as nothing more than politics not worth the fuss , now we have this rumor campaign I wonder if those same people feel the same way about this , as to sequester . I should have used the word use , and that is what he is doing using that law for his own publicity , if he was sincere and had evidence rather than rumor and innuendo and it really meant a damn to him he should instigate proceedings , this is an old subject  and because he is the President of the USA rumor will persist , we have seen it before and will see it in the future all the proof in the world won't change some peoples suspicions , rather than talking about Obama's policies and whether they are good bad or indifferent and the same for Romney we again get this  , I myself  feel if i was Romney  i would be disappointed and rather they talked about the subject at hand ,  who  will make the better President and why.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, I find it odd how many old articles and things reference him as being Kenyan born, and this is something that far predates birtherism - which didn't rear its ugly head until the Democratic primary in 2008 - but it's all pretty boring. People who think Obama is a secret furriner won't ever be convinced otherwise and people who think it wouldn't matter even if he were will never change their minds, either, and we'll probably never know the origin of all this stuff anyway. Maybe it really was just some kind of accidental fabrication on the part of his publicist that took on a life of its own. I'm not sure I buy that, but it's hardly the least plausible scenario being tossed around. It's a minor curiosity at best, and a pretty stupid distraction. Then again, when you are a president with a terrible record and a candidate who is indistinguishible from the president on many important issues, I'm not so sure they don't generally welcome stupid distractions.

But you're probably right that Romney doesn't want this particular one. He's slightly ahead, and this has the potential to burn him.

I'm not going to say an Adobe expert is wrong but there were a lot of us that tried to recrete the layering circumstances and couldn't do it.  

Unless the BC was very worn down (which we can see it is not) or the white house used the oldest OCR tech they could find (doubtful), I dont' see how you can recreate those layers.    People tried.  I tried.  

But the real question is, why in the world did they do OCR and PDF on it to begin with?   Something wrong with a regular scanner and a jpg?   You use OCR when you need to archive text from a non-digital source.   And you use PDF's when you need user interactivity with the document.  Neither of which make sense you simply need to scan and display a BC online.

Don't get me wrong.  I'm not trying to claim it as proof of fraud at all.   I just feel it's a baffling way to go about answering the doubters.  You never give them more questions in the process.  It only makes things look more suspicious.
