Well, Dead Space 1&2 where the best horror games in the last few years. Resident Evil is the best horror franchise ever, except 5&6. And there are other franchises worth mentioning as well like alone in the dark and Silent hill. All of those franchises are in third person mode and are far more intense then lets say S.T.A.L.K.E.R or Fear.

i love amnesia and it is in first person so i have no problem with that perspective in horror games as long as it works and it works fine in amnesia

Looks really boring and generic although can't confirm that until I have played it. F.E.A.R was the only game that gave an creepy felling while playing everything else is just an action game with horror elements
